 Edward J. Maher, Attorney at Law:

Ted is a Maryland native and has been a practicing member of the Maryland Bar since 1996.   He handles Landlord-Tenant matters nearly exclusivley.  Ted has vast trial experience in both the Circuit and District Courts in all types of Landlord-Tenant litigation involving both governmet subsidized and conventional housing. He has also prepared and given seminars on multiple Landlord-Tenant topics to various groups and has testified as an expert in Landlord-Tenant litigation.  References are available upon request.




Christopher McGaunn, Attorney at Law:

Chris is also Maryland native, who started his legal career at this firm as a law clerk.  He graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is a member of the Maryland Bar and Baltimore City Bar Association.   Chris handles a large portion of the firm's litigation.

  Emma Landau, Paralegal:

Emma, another Maryland native, has been a Landlord-Tenant paralegal since 2002 and has held that position with this firm since 2004.  Prior to becoming a Landlord-Tenant paralegal, Emma was a property manager, thereby gaining vast experience from the perspective of a landlord.  Emma manages the Failure to Pay Rent cases and has an excellent repore with all our clients.
